About the Artist

Queer cis-female who is a Queens NYC native and ATX resident since 2015. Passionate about the environment, I enjoy finding balance and aim to fuel the curiousity that art involkes.

Artist Statement

Been doing art for as long as I can remember, I enjoy creating with my hands and making sculptures of all forms. I have worked with many different mediums, however since 2013 I have focused my efforts on collecting materials that are difficult to dispose of ethically (non recyclable materials such as single-use plastics, scraps, fabric, metal, paper, and the like) and transforming them into art. Primarily, my goal is to bring awareness to our environmental waste through art, creating something beautiful that is impactful, grabbing the viewer's attention to shed light on the impact and implications of the products we consume.
